Exhibitor Dropoff Procedure

Livestock

During the transition day Monday, August 3rd, livestock entries may enter the Stephens Gate off Stephens Avenue. Vehicles will cross campus before reaching the west end of the Glacier Ice Rink.

After drop off, continue forward and exit onto South Avenue West (Oxford Exit).

Non Livestock

For Floriculture, Industrial, Fabric/Fiber, and Creative entries, take fairway avenue to the appropriate building. For Culinary and Agriculture entries enter the G.W. Marks Exploration Center lot and drop off exhibits inside.

All vehicles must be removed prior to the fair opening to the public.
