• Public events using multiple facilities with 5,000+ attendees may book up to 24 months in advance.

• Public events using multiple facilities with 1,000+ attendees may book 4 to 18 months in advance.

• All other public and private events may book up to 12 months in advance.

Please note: The Fairgrounds is unavailable for third-party events from mid-July through August due to the Western Montana Fair, and no reservations can be processed in August. We encourage you to plan ahead. Thank you!
