Now Accepting Activity Table Applications for the 2026 Western Montana Fair!
Local nonprofit organizations are invited to apply for the Free Activity Table opportunity at the Western Montana Fair. This space allows organizations to provide a free, interactive, or educational activity for fairgoers while sharing information about their mission with the community.
This opportunity is intended for nonprofits that may not have the funding or staffing capacity to participate as a full commercial vendor.
Hours for the activity table are 12:00–6:00 PM daily, and organizations may participate for 1–3 days during the Fair.
Applications will be reviewed, and selected organizations will be contacted by a representative from the Missoula County Fairgrounds.

Now Accepting Community Talent Applications for the 2026 Western Montana Fair!
We’re looking to showcase the incredible talent, creativity, and knowledge within our community at the Western Montana Fair.
If you have a skill to share, a story to tell, or something to demonstrate—from hands-on crafts and cultural traditions to interactive demonstrations, performances, or educational experiences—we invite you to be part of the Fair.
Selected participants will take the stage in our Historic Plaza, a lively, open-air gathering space at the heart of the Fairgrounds, designed for connection, discovery, and community engagement.
Each presentation is 45 minutes long and can be structured in a way that best fits your style—whether that’s a demonstration, performance, workshop-style interaction, or a mix of all three. Basic sound support will be provided.
We will begin reviewing applications on April 20 and will follow up with selected participants directly.
All presentations should be family-friendly and welcoming to a wide audience.
