2026 Important Dates & Times

  • JUNE 28 – Signed Contracts Due & Concession Vendor Deposit Due

  • JULY 20 thru JULY 30 – Permanent Concession Booths Set Up

  • JULY 26 thru JULY 30 – Portable Concession Booths & Amusement Booths Set Up (by appointment only)

  • JULY 29 thru JULY 30 - Commercial Booths Set Up

    • July 31, 11 a.m. – All booths (food trucks, trailers, equipment, vehicles for display) must be in place

  • JULY 31 thru AUGUST 2WESTERN MONTANA FAIR

  • AUGUST 3 - FAIR CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC

  • AUGUST 4 thru AUGUST 8 - WESTERN MONTANA FAIR

    • Operating Hours: 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.

  • AUGUST 9 thru 12 – Fair Breakdown 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • AUGUST 13 – Concession & Amusement Vendor Sales Reports & Fees due by 5 p.m.

  • AUGUST 14 – Fair Office Closed
