How to Enter:

Click below to access the Western Montana Fair’s online entry system. If it is your first time entering in 2026, you’ll create a password and enter your contact information before selecting the appropriate division and the classes offered within. Be sure to “save cart” or “checkout”. Always print a copy of your entry confirmation as a receipt for proof of entry.

PLEASE NOTE: When returning, you’ll use your email and your password to access/change your entries as many times as you like before the entry deadline. Be sure to “checkout” before the earliest entry deadline for your chosen classes.

OPEN CLASS: EXHIBIT DROP-OFF

Once you've completed the checkout process in the online entry system and officially entered the Fair, you'll need to deliver your exhibit to the Fairgrounds for judging. Each department has specific drop-off dates, times, and locations. Use the table below to sort entries by department, date, or location.

OPEN CLASS: EXHIBIT PICKUP

When you win an award, swing by the Fair Office (Building #12) to pick up your premium payout between 1 and 4 p.m. on Sunday, August 10. And don’t forget—after the Fair ends, be sure to come back for your exhibits. Anything left behind will be discarded. Use the table below to sort for the available times and locations for exhibit pickup.
